Our computerised system - Sabre, provides instant availability details and confirmation of all scheduled airlines. The system also works out and guarantees the very cheapest published fare for a requested routing.

Additionally, we have access to all the non-published, consolidated airfares in the marketplace. Therefore we can almost always offer you a cheaper option than the published fare, whilst pointing out any restrictions which may apply.

Passenger Information

We provide information on check-in times, type of aircraft, in-flight catering and seat assignment for every itinerary, whether it be a domestic flight or a complex multi-sector Round-the-World schedule.

Passenger Profiles

We supply our customers with a Passenger Profile Form, which when completed and returned are input into our reservation system to ensure all relevant details such as Frequent Flyer numbers, airline, travel class and seating preferences, are entered into every reservation made on their behalf.

Worldwide Hotel & Car Reservations

We offer hotel and car reservations worldwide, with instant availability status and confirmation. We have access to corporate rates at most major hotel & car chains.

Confirmations

All reservations are confirmed by fax or email. The itineraries show all flight numbers, aircraft types, air fares and seat arrangements.

You are also able to access your live booking on the Internet 24/365 using Sabre's VirtuallyThere technology.

Travel Documents Delivery

Nowadays most of the tickets issued are electronic tickets, which can be emailed, however in some cases it is a paper ticket and we courier it to you.

Management Reports

We can provide monthly reports, showing passenger names, routings, carriers used and fares paid.

Financial Arrangements

Payment for travel services is by credit card only.

This year the fees we charge for our services are summarized below. Our fees are competitive and are charged at point of sale, appearing as a separate item on the invoice.

Air Travel 
- Provide options and source availability for a requested journey 
- Provisionally hold flights when we can and advise by fax/e-mail 
- Input frequent flyer numbers, preferred seating and meals 
- Provide detailed itinerary 
- Deliver tickets locally (where not E-Ticket)

Please note: we charge per passenger itinerary and not per flight. For example, if an itinerary involves several flights and more than 1 ticket, we still only charge one fee.

- Find specific hotel or offer suggestions according to location and price -
- Instantly check availability
- Offer lowest possible corporate rates and special offers
- Book and guarantee for late arrival where necessary
- Provide confirmation by fax/e-mail

Special Delivery of Tickets

. To guarantee delivery of travel documents by a certain time, there maybe courier charges that apply, which will be given at time of reservation.
